Training Course on Prehistory and UNESCO Archaeological Sites

The 1st Training Course on Prehistory and UNESCO Archaeological Sites will starts for the benefit of about 50 tourist guides of the ETGPA – Ethiopian Tourist Guides Professional Association.
This is a full immersion Course from 25 to 30 November, organized together with the Italo-Spanish archaeological mission at Melka Kunture and Balchit, a new site inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List just last July.
The Course is held by a team of 10 Italian and Ethiopian trainers from the Universities of Florence, Naples “L’Orientale”, Jerusalem and Connecticut, ISMEO – The International Association for Mediterranean and Oriental Studies, EHA – Ethiopian Heritage Authority and National Museum of Ethiopia.
