Don Vincenzo Strozzalone is a Camorra boss, nicknamed the king of fish. After surviving an attack, he realizes that he is tired of leading this life. Under the advice of Donna Maria, his cinema passionate wife, pretends to be dead as James Bond does in movies. But his secret, shared with the faithful Ciro and Rosario, won’t be lasting. Fatima, a young nurse from Scampia, is in the wrong place at the wrong time, and Don Vincenzo orders to eliminate her. Ciro and Rosario are in the hospital looking for the girl who accidentally crosses Ciro and recognizes him as her first love. Ciro cannot kill her and so he escapes with her.
