Sergio is a Neapolitan taxi driver who, in an incessant rain, brings his clients to the city, increasingly degraded. At the same time he tries to metabolize the death of his brother Alfredo, who left for Tibet ten years before and never returned. On the seats of his taxi there are a singer, a radio speaker, an old uncle and other characters who each have a track for his missing brother. Sergio is so dragged by the taxi and memories, as well as by the music produced with his brother. So he sits on the piano and begins to realize his feelings in notes he believed lost.
