VII Week of Italian Cuisine in the World (14 – 20 November, 2022)

On the occasion of the VII Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, which this year’s theme is “Conviviality, sustainability and innovation: the ingredients of the Italian cuisine for people’s health and the safeguard of the planet”, Lt. Col. Giuseppe Mercatali (Carabinieri Command for Health Protection – NAS) will have a presentation by the title “Guidelines for proper food storage and Italian sounding”.

The event will have two main topics: “guidelines for the correct food storage” an illustrattion of the main common mistakes in food storage and their harmful consequences, including food poisoning, and how to prevent them (technologies and organization, HACCP procedures included) and the describtion of the phenomenon “Italian sounding”, its detrimental effects and how to counter it.
