The program of the XVIII Addis International Film Festival and the VII Fare Cinema Festival could not miss a tribute to Marcello Mastroianni (1924-1996) in the centenary of his birth.

The IIC, then, hosts the screening of the documentary “Portrait of an Unknown Man – Marcellus Dominicus Vincentius” by Roberto Meddi and Gioia Magrini (courtesy of producer Silvia d’Amico Bendicò) who tells the iconic actor with the affection of his daughters Barbara and Chiara.

Synopsis 
The Italian and the French, so he affectionately called Mastroianni his daughters. When Barbara and Chiara meet in Italy in the country house of Torre di Lucca and sifting through the old photographs and objects of the past, tell the unknown man Marcellus Dominicus Vincentius Mastroianni, from the birth in the small town of Fontana Liri to his debut on stage, before he became what is considered the greatest Italian actor.
